I have directed federally funded workforce programs, including Project L.I.F.T., a $4 million initiative where I restored compliance, stabilized operations, and deployed training programs within a rapid timeframe. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Adult Education, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and serve as an OSHA Authorized Instructor in General Industry.
