About Me:

I am a leadership development and performance management consultant with more than nineteen years of experience helping organizations build strong leaders, high-performing teams, and sustainable workforce development systems. I partner with government agencies, nonprofits, and large organizations to design and implement training and development programs that drive measurable results, improve compliance, and strengthen operational performance.

Throughout my career, I have led enterprise-wide training initiatives supporting hundreds of supervisors and thousands of employees. I specialize in leadership development, workforce readiness, performance management, and compliance training, ensuring that programs are not only engaging but also aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

I have directed federally funded workforce programs, including Project L.I.F.T., a $4 million initiative where I restored compliance, stabilized operations, and deployed training programs within a rapid timeframe. My work involves creating career pathways, succession planning frameworks, and structured onboarding systems that increase engagement, retention, and workforce capability.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Adult Education, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and serve as an OSHA Authorized Instructor in General Industry.
